Council Member - Connie Smith
Connie Smith was born January 17, 1965 in Boise, Idaho, and was raised on a farm north of Weiser, Idaho. She graduated with honors from Weiser High School in 1983. After graduation, she helped her husband farm on Weiser River and run a trucking business. In 1992, the family moved to Cascade, where she raised her three children. Since 1995, Connie has been self-employed doing bookkeeping and home services. Presently, she also works part time for Arnold Aviation. She has been involved in many community activities as well as Mexico and Honduras building projects. Connie was elected for a four year term and was installed as councilmember on January 11, 2010. Her priorities are fixing the sewer system, improving roads, and spending the city's money wisely.
