NEW Fire District Impact Fees
Effective October 3, 2022, an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Cascade and the CRFPD (Cascade Rural Fire Protection District) requires the City to collect an impact fee on behalf of the CRFPD.
These fees will be collected during the building permit application process for new construction as follows:
Single Family Residence $2,891.00
Commercial Buildings $1.16 per square foot
