BENEFITS OFFERED
The City of Cascade offers Health, Vision and Dental to all full-time employees. The benefits are paid 100% for employees and and at a prorated share for dependents.
Employee-Self, employee share is $0.
Employee/Spouse, employee share is $406.50.

The City also offers a life insurance policy for each employee in the amount of $20,000 at no cost to the employee, as well as supplemental coverage at an employee cost. Click here to learn more about supplemental coverage.
Retirement is through PERSI. The City contributes 11.18% employee mandatory contribution is 6.71%.
