Utility Billing

 Overview

The City of Cascade provides water and sewer services to its citizens . Under the direction of the Treasurer, the processing of billings & payments for city utility services.  We are able to assist customers with questions regarding their bills, payments and accounts in general.

Service must be in Property Owner’s name (the bill will only be sent to the owner).  The City requires to see closing documents when signing up for new services. The minimum bill is $75.65 plus water use per thousand gallons.  Utility bills are due by the 10th of the month. (If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday the following business day will be treated as the same.)   If water is shut off for non-payment, the past due plus a $50.00 shut-off/reconnect fee must be paid before service will be turned back on.

Utility Bills go out approximately the last day of each month and payments are due by the 10th of the following month.  City of Cascade accepts cash, check, and auto-pay at no additional charge.  Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover only) are accepted, convenience fee is charged for the use of the credit/debit cards.  Utility payments can be made online and at City Hall during business hours, or after hours in the door drop box located at 105 South Main Street, Cascade, Idaho 83611.
